Booking and Inquiry Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
After placing an order, [MINGLE CATERING]will contact you via Whatsapp or phone within two days to discuss delivery arrangements. Customers are requested to provide a copy of the purchase invoice or the invoice number for easy verification and confirmation.
Delivery Arrangements:
- Delivery Days: Monday to Sunday
- Delivery Time Slots: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Delivery is limited to:
- Ground floor handover near the specified location.
- Local delivery only; no international deliveries. Coverage includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung.
- Excludes delivery to outlying islands: Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and Hong Kong International Airport.
- Our delivery service does not cover locations inaccessible by truck. (For details, inquire via Whatsapp at 4622 3398)
Terms and Conditions:
- Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
- No refunds or exchanges for goods; please complete the payment process during ordering.

- Hotpot dishes are packed in individual insulated bags to maintain a frozen state. (Applicable only to hotpot products)
- Hotpot dishes must be consumed on the same day; store in a refrigerator at 4°C or 0°C before consumption. (Applicable only to hotpot products)
- Hotpot products are packed in stainless steel bowls with heat-resistant glass lids, and the sauce is vacuum-sealed separately. (Applicable only to hotpot products)
